So said Audrey Cooksley of Dingley to Mezzo Bar & Grill sous chef Cameron Morrison when she sampled master chef Joseph Vargetto's cavatelli with meatballs at the Mordialloc By The Bay fine food, wine and music festival on Saturday. The two-day festival was graced with perfect weather and attracted an unconfirmed record crowd of 65,000-70,000.
